 Today I was going to add a new entry to our glossary (WordPress dev pt_BR
 at translate.wordpress.org) and I found it would be better if the "add new
 entry" form was located above the glossary itself instead of below, so
 user don't have to scroll the page all the way down to add a new entry.
 Or at the top of the page there could be a link/button to jump to the
 form. ;)
