 Currently you can delete a project but it's only deleting the entry in
 gp_projects. For example it doesn't handle the fact that is have sub
 projects. On this moment you can delete the project and then the sub
 projects get lost.

 - ~~Enter project where parent has been deleted~~
 - Enter locale page where sub project still is being showed but parent has
 been deleted
