 Translator's comment is visible via GlotPress and is information relevant
 to translators (normally, it clarifies the string). Currently, this
 information is lost upon export. Some translators prefer to export from
 GlotPress and translate using their own tool. The rationale for fixing
 this bug would be that those translators have access to the same data
 fields they would  if they were translating via GlotPress interface.
