 When exporting strings that have translator comments, they don't appear in
 the resulting PO FIle.

 {{{PO:export_entry()}}} expect the comment to be in
 {{{$entry->extracted_comments}}}, but it's passed in
 {{{$entry->extracted_comment}}} (no 's').

 GP is making use of  {{{$entry->extracted_comment}}} elsewhere, so this
 isn't a matter of a simple switch.
