 Unsure how we want to do the gravatar image. Currently someone can't
 change the size if it wants to have a different theme.

 Also the url is incorrect, it should be {{{$grav_url =
 'http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/' . md5(strtolower($user->user_email)) .
 '?s=200'; }}}.
