 Okay. Using a simple script, I've isolated all changes:

  * Spanish (Venezuela) changed its country_code from pe to ve. Looks like
 it was fixing a typo caused by copy-pasting it from Peru (which is pe)
 originally. (So, good change.)

  * Country codes are incompletely capitalized now, as mentioned.

  * I didn't diff ISO codes as I've already mentioned that.

  * New keys: mysql_collation, fallback, CLDR_locale, google_play_locale,
 apple_locale.

  * Lots of native and English name changes as indicated above.

 This makes me feel better about the omnibus patch (once remaining
 questions are answered) as I've been able to confirm that there were no
 unintended/accidental changes and we have a script to ensure no such
 changes occur.

 The script is attached.
