Comment:

 I'm closing this as wontfix. There are ways to approve/reject
 translations.

 The recommendation to remove all translations of a user isn't something we
 should do because there still could be valid translations. If there
 improvements that can be made then please create a new ticket that is
 focussed on the solution.
