 Add translation memory to improve translation efficiency and support
 consistency.

 For a string like "Are you sure you want to delete this page?", show
 original/translation of similar strings, e.g. "Are you sure you want to
 delete this comment?", "Do you want to delete this comment?", "Do you want
 to edit this post?", allow to accept a candidate translation and edit it
 afterwards. Show % value for fuzzy matches.
