Comment:

 [attachment:97.15.diff latest patch] adds a simple import/export feature
 to glossaries, that supports CSV file with the structure
 {{{
 {term, translation, part of speech, comment}
 }}}

 The first row should be a header row - the 2nd cell being the locale code
 of the glossary.

 All of this is currently live on WP.com. Would love to see it merged and
 launched on translate.wordpress.org too.
