 used are nb (Norwegian Bokmål) and nn (Norwegian Nynorsk). I believe "no"
 was created at some point in error.

 Sorry for writing without making a suggestion – Is it possible to make
 "no" an alias of "nb" (making nb the fallback of no)? Else I think the
 "no" locale should be deleted in order to avoid confusion.
