 This report is not super clear, are you asking:
 1) to filter search results by language, e.g. "only Portugues
 translations" or "only English strings", or
 2) to be able to ask exact matches à la regular expression "^post$"?

 (1) should be easy enough I hope, while for (2) it depends on the search
 backend. In Lucene/Solr/ElasticSearch it's quite easy, you just need to
 score the word you want to search for. Example on another site:
