Comment:

 And another serious bug spotted - translations copied will retain the
 original id from the original project. So they're useless. I'm not sure
 how I missed that before.

 [attachment:65.3.diff] should fix that (while making the branching even
 slower than before), and fixes the tests to make sure this isn't repeated.
