 I believe we need a role in between or calculate their acceptance ratio. I
 don't want anyone being able to do this. Some validators already have
 issues now that people added a lot of bad translations.

 Also I strongly believe all translations should be done in GlotPress. When
 people don't want to do that, then something is wrong with GlotPress and
 we should fix that. This because using your own tools stops making
 GlotPress collaborative tool.
