Comment:

 Sorry, I am a little late to the party, but Uzbek language is mistakenly
 set as RTL (http://glotpress.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/15
 /locales-patch.php#L1281) in this patch.

 Current official Uzbek language alphabet is based on Latin script, hence
 http://glotpress.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/locales/locales.php?rev=794#L1761
 needs to be removed.
