 If you click on the "Permalink to this translation" on an untranslated
 string all you get is "No translations were found!" but if you remove the
 "filters[status]=either" part of the URL it does work.

 Does not work ("No translations were found!"):
 http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/3.7.x/mri/default?filters[status]=either&filters[original_id]=73107

 Works:
 http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/3.7.x/mri/default?filters[original_id]=73107
