Comment (by SergeyBiryukov):

 [attachment:243.3.patch] fixes one more instance of missing
 `lang_code_iso_639_1`.

 Technically, it's set to null by default:
 [source:trunk/locales/locales.php at 768#L6], so I guess it's just a
 consistency thing.
