 Ticket #193 has the wrong focus for the problem. For example on
 http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/bbpress/dev you see some projects
 with 600+ waiting strings for approval. It would be really handy to have a
 way to export them. So you have the possibility to translate the plugin
 but still can check the strings.
