Comment:

 236.01.patch builds on Marko's patch and implements Last-Modified & If-
 Modified-Since support. I'd appreciate any feedback as to code style or
 implementation, as this is my first GlotPress patch, as well as help
 testing (needless to say it works for me on my local dev server and
 testing with CURL).
