Comment:

 Attached patch introduces functions that copy all content (originals,
 translation sets and translations) from one project to another. It also
 adds a new screen called "Branch Project" that enables branching/copying
 of one project to another.

 Because I'm lazy, it also adds a part of patch from #66 that isn't in the
 scope of this ticket.
