 It's possible for non-validators to submit translation for string that
 already has "current" translation. For those new "waiting" translations,
 validators can't see if they are already translated, unless they open link
 "All translations of this original".

 Attached patch will display "current" translation for "waiting"
 translations and will also hide from display any other translation of the
 same string if translation is approved since those strings get status
 "obsolete" anyway.

 The UI is not the best and should be improved in pair with #47.
