 Tested the PR 430 locally and it's working for me.

 I think your approach is nicer than what I had - hooking
 `wp_start_template_enhancement_output_buffer` to the existing
 `bp_core_pre_load_template` action makes more sense than adding another
 `do_action()` call. Less intrusive.
