 I'm not sure we want to bundle V1 with BP Classic, though. Right?! A
 community might want to use the V1 API without the other feature(s) from
 BP Classic.

 As to V2, we can actually create it whenever we want. So far, we haven't
 because there was only that ticket. We were waiting for more reasons for a
 V2.
