 Re: r13898, this may not be a perfect 1-to-1 change, so keep an eye on it
 for any breakage.

 For example, the WordPress version is not used in Multisite because it is
 not included in time.

 I.E. it’s ''plausible'' a Must-Use style BuddyPress activation might try
 to parse a logged-in user Profile URL and break with a function-does-not-
 exist fatal error.

 (I’m not certain this happens, just theorizing!)
