 My research so far:
 * The bbPress Trac is OK
 * Both bb's Trac's are using the same 11 Trac Plugins
 * The `action_dupe` input field is missing from the page source, only here
 in this Trac
 * I searched around Edgewall & Trac Hacks for `action_dupe` and came up
 empty
 * Worg has a small customization that prevents setting a ticket to be a
 duplicate of itself
