 Find out why the behat tests take too long. I think this is due to how I'm
 installing WordPress and BuddyPress in each feature.

 I remember there was a problem around it that I couldn't quite resolve. So
 the current workaround could be improved.

 Ideally, we install WordPress and BuddyPress once in the whole test suite.
