 Hi,

 I just checked your site, going to `https://chicagoalphas.com/members/` I
 was able to figure out, BuddyPress 12.0 is active. To me all images
 (including your site logo) are showing. Could it be some cache issue or a
 bug only happening when users are logged in ?

 Here's what I see:

 If it's only happening for logged in members, please deactivate Elementor
 and your potential membership plugin to check if it fixes the issue.

 + To better know what's happening, please get the PHP error log file of
 your site and share the lines involving a BuddyPress function.
