 This ticket is intended to be a reference point for imminent commits made
 in the Meta repository for a 2024 refresh to the BuddyPress.org &
 bbPress.org themes.

 Changes to include:

 * CSS variables for site-specific colorways
 * Simplify toolbars
 * Update colors
 * Larger type & more whitespace everywhere
 * Separate Trac styling into dedicated `style-trac.css` file
 * Responsive (small screen) improvements
 * Bug fixes for sidebars, menus, navs, and front pages
 * Vertical layout for forum topic & reply author meta
 * Update plugin & theme header meta
