 Since WP 5.8 will be required for BuddyPress 12.0.0, let's move to BP
 Block API v2 using [https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor
 /reference-guides/block-api/block-metadata/ block.json] files and
 reorganizing block directories to benefit from @wordpress/script
 "automated" tasks.
