 The custom post type name is `buddypress`. Why?
 - It should be a unique name no other plugins chose
 - Using `buddypress` should help us enjoy WP template hierarchy

 Bump raw db version to the first commit number we made about BP Rewrites.
 Add an upgrade routine to edit existing directory pages post type as well
 as nav menu items.
 Stop using `get_page_by_path()` in favor of
 `bp_core_get_directory_page_id()`.
