 It’s the same file you find on WP Trunk
 https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/buddypress/trunk/readme.txt as
 well as 12.0 tag:
 https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/buddypress/tags/12.0.0/readme.txt

 I guess it’s a polyglot issue, maybe a fuzzy string was wrongly validated.
