 and replied to one. You have 2 choices: give us way more informations to
 help us understand what’s going wrong:

 - WP version,
 - PHP version,
 - Active theme,
 - Active plugins,
 - Current URL parser in use (tools > site health > info > BuddyPress
 panel)
 - last lines of your host error_log file.

 Or activate https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-classic/ to fix the issue as
 it looks like you’re using a BP plugin that is not compatible with version
 12.0
