 Add `bp_rewrites_pre_get_slug` filter to bypass slug customization. This
 filter will let the BP Classic plugin apply a classic BuddyPress
 experience (without BP Rewrites improvements).

 Improve the `BP_Group_Extension` to support BP Rewrites and do some code
 formatting cleanup.
