 There are several reasons why this should not be added


 Firstly there plugins that do this already, so I don’t think it is
 necessary.

 Secondly privacy is not binary, there are various levels of privacy that
 may be appropriate (all of which can be achieved by plugins

 Thirdly I don’t think we need more options, remover decisions not options
