 All core block or widget arguments should be filterable

 My use case is when deploying the whos online block/widget.

 Ideally (for my setup) the block/widget should not show the current user
 (the current user already knows they are online) as well as other users
 who have not yet agreed to the T&Cs. Atm the only way to achieve this is
 too override the whole block, this is complete overkill.

 A better approach would be to add a filter to the args buddypress uses to
 generate the block/widget

 I’m sure similar functionality is needed for most core buddypress blocks.
