 to understand how to replicate the issue.

 Could you upload the photo you are using for the avatar?
 What is the PHP version of your server?
 What is the WordPress version of your site?
 What is the name of the active theme?
 What are the active plugins ?
 If you go on the 2nd tab of the site health screen what is the content of
 the BuddyPress section?
