 I have an alternative to using base64 encoded images. In short it consists
 in adding an `history` subdirectory to the user avatar one. I'll submit a
 patch tomorrow. @vapvarun don't worry about using `file_get_contents()` or
 `wp_remote_get()` we won't need it, I believe 😉.

 NB: Old `new_avatar` activities won't have the activity meta, so we'll
 need to only display the rich content if we have this meta.
