 Leaving here a link to my current state of this task on Github:

 It worked for me when run for a single combination of WP and PHP versions
 (example successful run -
 https://github.com/slaFFik/BuddyPress/runs/1678336683), but when in
 parallel the whole matrix - something went wrong. I didn't have the time
 to finish it :(
