 Hi,

 I've just tested registration. The activation email is working as it
 should. I see you are using a plugin to manage your e-mails, There might
 be an issue between it and BuddyPress emails. The right place to fix it is
 from our [https://buddypress.org/support/ support forums].

 You can always disable BuddyPress Emails using this filter:
 `add_filter( 'bp_email_use_wp_mail', '__return_true' );`

 If you have a better idea of what's going wrong with specific steps to
 reproduce, don't hesitate to reopen the ticket.
