 Exclude BP CLI tests, and other unused, files from the BuddyPress build
 package.

 We are removing some BP CLI related files from the BuddyPress build
 package. Those files are related to the CLI tests and are used in the
 BP CLI Github repo. But they are files that are not being used within
 BuddyPress (travis.yml, some {files}.xml, etc) plugin.
