 Navigating to a private group as a user and clicking on the Request
 Membership tab you are given the option of submitting a comment along with
 a membership request. This comment never gets saved to the
 wp_bp_invitations table and so the request.message token in the associated
 email event never gets filled out nor is the reason shown to group admins
 when they accept/deny the request.
