 @imath can you add a feature that will add a global photo directory for
 users to explore photos like instagram (display images in grid format with
 3 or 4 columns)

 2. Ability to set or disable storage limit for photos for users

 3. Ability to enable or disable photo upload on activity page but only
 enable on profile tab.
