 - The `makepot` task is now using the WP CLI `wp i18n make-pot` command.
 - Exclude JavaScript Files generated by Parcel/Babel from `jsvalidate`,
 `jshint` & `uglify` tasks.
 - Add new tasks to build & minify BP Blocks files.
