 8322.patch] is making sure BuddyPress is using PHPMailer version 6.0 if
 the WordPress version is >= 5.5, otherwise it keeps on using PHPMailer
 version 5.2 for the previous version of WordPress we support.

 I've tested the patch in WP 5.5 and WP 5.4 successfully.

 @hareesh-pillai can you test it and confirm everything is fine?
