 It's surely not relative to the [https://github.com/buddypress/bp-
 attachments BP Attachments] plugin which is a work in progress and
 shouldn't be used on a production site.

 I believe your theme is doing some template override and hasn't been
 updated since 7.0.0. I advise you to look at this development note we
 published to alert theme authors about the change we introduced into some
