 When the blogs loop is rendered, some notices are thrown when some button
 arguments are not set.

 Also encountered an issue when wiping out the blog buttons with the
 `'bp_nouveau_get_blogs_buttons'` filter.  It should return an empty
 `array()` instead of the button arguments array.
