Comment:

 Thanks for the clarification. My previous reading of the Seventhqueen
 response was that they could *not* reproduce the issue.

 On a hunch, I switched to the Legacy templates and was able to reproduce.
 This is a regression from [11619], which changed the hierarchy in the DOM.
