 The hook `bp_directory_members_item` used to be used to display profile
 fields in BP Legacy:

 /bp-legacy/buddypress/members/members-loop.php#L80

 In 3.0.0, we wrongly positioned it into the Members loop's item meta.

 I suggest to move it back to where it was in BP Legacy to better display
 potential profile fields for instance. See attached patch.
