 Hi everyone,

 I've been working on this during the WordCamp Paris contributor day and I
 suggest another approach. Instead of keeping on checking the if the
 field_id is the one of the fullname field into
 `BP_XProfile_Field->get_allow_custom_visibility()`. We can set the
 `allow_custom_visibility` profile field meta during the install process
 and make sure existing BuddyPress installs are updated during the 5.0.0
 update routine.
