 This has been an issue for quite some time.

 When you choose for example `members` to be the BP members page, this page
 is removed from the pages selection box in the Appearance>>Menu page. This
 makes it difficult for BP admin to select these pages as menu items. Of
 course they can be added by adding a custom menu item but it would be nice
 if this issue was resolved for a better workflow.
