 I'm working on a new version of my theme which will be based on 'Nouveau'.
 I have BP 3.0-beta-2 along with TwentySixteen wp theme. No plugins are
 active aside from buddypress itself.

 Clicking on the "Save Changes" button under "Settings" > "General" when
 you are in the user's settings (e.g.
 http://buddysite.local/members/<username>/settings/) page returns an
 error.

 Additionally, going to
 http://buddysite.local/members/<username>/settings/general produces the
 same issue:
